1. How to Cancel
To cancel your experience, please send written notice by email.
Your cancellation date is the day I receive your message, not the day you send it.
2. Free Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
The 48-hour period is measured from the scheduled start time of your experience.
In that case, you will receive a full refund.
3. Cancellations & Refunds Within 48 Hours
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the booking becomes non-refundable.
However, outside peak season (June to September, or when 3 or more cruise ships are in port) and where no third-party costs have been pre-arranged, I will do my best to offer flexibility.
If a private driver or external partner has already locked their booking slot, their fee remains payable. Once secured, it’s a real operational cost.
Where possible, I offer a partial refund, rescheduling or a future voucher.
I review each case individually and handle it with fairness.
4. Weather Conditions
My experiences operate in most weather conditions.
If severe weather makes the experience unsafe, you may choose either:
- A full refund
- A voucher for future use
The final decision is based on safety and feasibility on the day of the experience.
5. Cruise Delays
If your cruise tender runs late, I allow reasonable waiting time.
If port authorities cancel disembarkation entirely, refund eligibility will depend on the preparation and scheduling already completed.
6. No-Shows
If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point and do not communicate in advance, the booking is considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider.
