1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all experiences provided by Santorini by Maria in Santorini, Greece.
When you confirm a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Because each experience is planned in advance, clear agreement protects both you and the host.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed once you receive written confirmation and complete the required payment.
Until that moment, availability remains open to other inquiries.
For this reason, dates are not guaranteed without confirmation.
3. Nature of Services
Santorini by Maria offers two formats:
- Fully private experiences
- Select small-group experiences, when clearly stated
Private experiences follow your confirmed timing and preferences.
By contrast, small-group experiences follow a fixed schedule and may include other guests.
At the time of booking, the format is clearly identified.
You may not transfer a booking without prior written approval.
Vehicle type and service partners may change based on group size or availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth experience, you must:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time
- Share accurate information about mobility or dietary needs
- Follow safety guidance during the experience
Santorini includes uneven paths, steps and volcanic terrain. Therefore, you must remain attentive to your surroundings.
If you have concerns about mobility, please communicate them in advance so adjustments can be considered.
5. Adjustments
At times, conditions require adjustments.
For example, weather shifts, cruise delays or traffic congestion may affect routing.
When necessary, we adjust the route while preserving the overall structure of the experience.
Above all, safety and pacing guide every decision.
6. Third-Party Partners
Some experiences include independent partners such as wineries, restaurants, photographers or drivers.
Although partners are carefully selected, they operate independently.
As a result, Santorini by Maria cannot control their internal policies or unexpected operational changes.
However, if an issue arises, reasonable assistance will be provided.
7. Limited Liability
Private touring involves outdoor environments and natural terrain.
Accordingly, participation carries inherent risks.
Santorini by Maria is not responsible for:
- Injuries caused by natural landscape conditions
- Delays due to cruise tender operations
- Cable car interruptions
- Weather-related disruptions
- Loss of personal belongings
Nevertheless, nothing in these Terms limits liability where Greek law prohibits such limitation.
