Accessibility Information

Intro

Santorini is a volcanic island shaped by cliffs, stone pathways, and historic village layouts. Many areas include steps, inclines, and uneven surfaces. That’s the reality of the terrain, and it can’t be changed.

What we can change is how the day flows around it.

I structure every private experience individually. Pace, stop selection, and walking intensit, adjusted before you arrive — not on the day, and not by assumption.

Mobility

Many areas of Santorini include cobblestone streets, steep inclines, staircases without continuous handrails, and narrow historic passages. But many panoramic viewpoints, wineries, and selected village areas are accessible by vehicle with minimal walking when the route is planned correctly.

If you use a wheelchair or walker, or have limited mobility, please contact me before booking. I’ll design a route that minimizes stairs, selects accessible viewpoints, adjusts the vehicle if needed, builds in rest intervals, and avoids peak congestion hours.

Fully step-free touring is limited on this island, but careful planning makes a real difference to comfort and safety.

Cruise Arrivals

Cruise logistics need precise timing. Tender schedules and cable car queues affect mobility planning more than most people expect.

On cruise ship days I don’t take overlapping bookings. If your tender runs late, I wait. Please let me know your cruise details in advance so I can structure port access properly.

Sensory & Pace Preferences

Santorini can feel overwhelming during peak season: crowds, noise, heat, constant movement.

If you need a slower pace, fewer transitions, reduced crowd exposure, or quiet village routes, tell me before you book. Timing and sequencing change the experience completely.

Dietary & Medical Considerations

If your experience includes wine tasting or dining, please tell me in advance about any allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy considerations, or medical requirements. I need enough notice to coordinate properly with local partners — last-minute requests are harder to accommodate well.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome. Please let me know in advance so I can confirm access with any venues included in your experience.

Communication

Experiences are conducted in English, Spanish (with LATAM-appropriate tone), and Greek. If you need specific communication adjustments, share them before your arrival.

Before You Book

Santorini’s terrain cannot be redesigned. It can, however, be navigated thoughtfully.

If you’re unsure whether a private Santorini experience suits your mobility or accessibility needs, contact me before booking. That conversation costs nothing and makes everything easier.
